How do I start a return?

Begin on the residency step — no account required for the wizard. We only ask for an email when you want to save progress or pay.

Open /onboarding/residency to begin the wizard. We collect your US status (citizen / green-card holder), country of residence, filing status, and tax year. The first five steps run anonymously so you can see the engine output before committing.

When you're ready to save progress, sign in with email + password. The wizard rehydrates your inputs from the last completed step.

You can leave and return at any time. Drafts are never charged for — payment happens at the file step.
