Each desk lists the articles relevant to expats (re-sourcing rules, pension provisions, savings-clause carve-outs) and how we cite them on Form 8833.

If you're in a country we don't list, the engine still produces the draft package it can support — you just won't get the treaty-position cites and may want a one-off review from a CPA familiar with that treaty.
